i need to postpone my dental implant because i need splint therapy, i developed tmj pain after braces. How long can i stay with this screw and what are the risks, i recently felt some discomfort with my dental implant , my right ear hurts a bit and i feel some pain in the implant but when i touch it or touch the area arround it i feel no pain, is my ear pain due to Tmj or a problem with the implant? i started this implant a year ago.
