Treatment options for Sculptra nodules on hands and face? (photos)

Thanks for posting the photos, very impressive. I have never seen granulomas from Sculptra previously, only more likely from under diluted Radeisse. My first question, of many, is who injected you? a MD or NP or nurdse or non medical??? Are you sure you had Sculptra injected? Did you see the vial or box it came in? Was it USA bought or from out of USA? As for correction of nodules, I recommend excisional biopsy with pathology dx for 1 nodule ASAP. Let's see exactly what is the pathologic diagnosis.

Good Afternoon! Nodules can definitely be a problem with Sculptra. If you haven't tried steroid injections and massaging, that may be an option. It also depends on how long it's been. Some nodules will resolve but may take well past a year. A last resort is excision of the nodule if all else has failed. Hope you find resolution.
