6 weeks post-op. Has my implant moved?

Thank you for your question and photos.I think it is difficult to be sure if your implant has moved without seeing previous photos from both before the procedure and any that were taken immediately after the procedure. My impression is that you do have slightly larger areolas and your nipples are in a slightly low position. When this happens and you have slightly looser skin it does give room for the implants to descent causing the breasts to become more asymmetrical and low lying.This is because the skin is relatively lax and it is not holding the implant in shape.At 6 weeks you are still early in your stages of recovery. At this time I would be asking my patients to come back for their post-op review appointment so even though your surgeon is a long distance away, i would recommend that you travel back to see them to address these concerns that you have. If you are not able to travel, I often consult with my patients via facetime or skype so it is worth asking if this is possible to do. Or at the very least, even a telephone call with your surgeon to relay any concerns that you have would be beneficial. Wishing you the best of luck with the rest of your recovery.
