Renuvion J-Plasma, how long will the results last? (photos)

Thank you for your question and posting your pictures. Renuvion, powered by J-Plasma is a relatively new device used for skin resurfacing. The results can be quite remarkable removing 7-10 years in age appearance following the procedure. There are not many patients who have been treated more than one year out so it is difficult to project how long the results will last. May best guess is 5+ years with good skin care following the procedure. Personally, I recommend quarterly micro-needling with PRP or stem cell growth factors following the procedure. This helps to continue the renewal process in the skin. Hello and thank you for your question.  My patients often times want to know how long the results will last.  Unfortunately there have been no long term studies on the results of Jplasma/Renuvion.  Part of the reason for this is that the device has not been on the market for a long time.  I can only tell you about what I have seen from my own patients.  I have a handful of patients that are two years out from their Jplasma/Renuvion treatment who have maintained excellent results and still remain very happy.  An important aspect for any facial treatment is good post-procedure skin care to maintain what you have.  This includes sun screen, micro-needling, product, botox, etc.  I hope this was helpful for you.
