I am wondering what these bumps are and if it is possible to get rid of them with lasers? (Photo)

I am Asian and have gotten a cluster of these bumps on my nose. I have a tendency to get keloids on my chest from contact with things like necklaces. I think these are the result of me trying a blackhead extractor a year or two ago. I have had Co2 laser on them and they temporarily flattened, but they are back. My dermatologist said that he has seen many people get these, and with repeated co2 treatments they disappear.

We usually follow up CO2 with PDL or pulse dye laser. This laser does not break skin, but targets the blood vessels- this, in time reduces redness. I usually start PDL 6-8 weeks after CO2. You may need 2-4 sessions. CheersDr Davin Lim Laser DermatologistBRISBANE, Australia.
