Is endocrine medication induced hair loss reversible? If so when should it come back? Anything I can do to speed up the process?

Tamoxifen  raises testosterone levels in males. It is usually utilized for male breast cancer. Do not stop tamoxifen if you are under a physician's direction. It can stimulate hair loss often associated with male pattern type hair loss. Hello and thank you for your question. Yes it is possible the Tamoxifen is contributing to your hair loss. That being said I don’t advise you to stop taking it until you speak to your physician.
