Is endocrine medication induced hair loss reversible? If so when should it come back? Anything I can do to speed up the process?

mattber
I am a male in mid 30's and been taking propecia for a few years now. I have taken tamoxifen for a month and on the 4th week I had a sudden loss of hair in the hairline area, both receding and density in the temples, I therefore have stopped taking tamoxifen. Is endocrine medication induced hair loss reversible? If so when should it come back? anything I can do to speed up the process? thanks
