I am a male in mid 30's and been taking propecia for a few years now. I have taken tamoxifen for a month and on the 4th week I had a sudden loss of hair in the hairline area, both receding and density in the temples, I therefore have stopped taking tamoxifen. Is endocrine medication induced hair loss reversible? If so when should it come back? anything I can do to speed up the process? thanks

Answer: Hair Loss -- PRP, Progesterone, Stem Cells/ACELL, Follicular Unit Transplantation (FUE), Spironolactone or Finasteride, Rogaine
You are a Norwood 3. Finasteride would be my recommendation too you. Using it along with Minoxidil will help slow down the loss and help thicken existing hair.
There should not be an issue with using Minoxidil while on antidepressants but I would recommend that you talk it over with your doctor before you take them.
