I'm a 22 female. I suffer difuse hair loss for 4 years. I found later that I have chronic telogen effluvium and my temples are thinning but they are full of baby hairs and has not gone bald. I have no thinning in crown area and I haven't developed any bald spots. but when I looked into the hairs I shed daily I found a few small thin hairs with little pigment they are longer than 3 cm but shorter and thinner than other hairs. Please help me I'm panicking and so scared this could be AGA at this age.
