What are my options to treat a red and discolored mark on the bridge of my nose after rhinoplasty?

Over 14 months since I had rhinoplasty/septoplasty. I think I started to see this weird mark on my nose around the 8 or 9 month mark but not sure if that was just when I started noticing it. Looks bad in some lighting whereas not very noticeable in others but it's all I focus in on now every time I look in the mirror :/ Dr recommended laser treatments and I've had 1 so far but didn't seem effective. Have more scheduled but are there other options? What is this?

The most common reason for the discoloration you are describing is telangiectasias, which are small spider veins. These are best treated by laser, which can specifically target these small vessels. People prone to telangiectasias are likely to have more appear - if you look closely, you may have some small ones over your cheeks. 
It will take a series of laser treatments to make it better.

In order to evaluate this, I need to see your photos first. However, the redness there is usually in thin-skinned patients. If there is a significant excess under the skin, I recommend that you have a revision rhinoplasty procedure. Camouflage can be done with a fascia graft during the surgical procedure.
