So I had my BR 2/22/17 so I'm 4 days post op and my left nipple is perfect but my right seems to be smaller. Will this even out over time? Or how soon could I get a nipple tattoo to hide the difference

It is too easy to tell at this point. You will have to let it heal . Any asymmetry can be adjusted once things have settled down in about 6 months or so.

Congratulations on having undergone the breast reduction procedure.  Although online consultants will not be able to help you with specific predictions regarding nipple/areola osymmetry, I can tell you that it is much too early to evaluate the outcome of the procedure performed. My best advice at this point: patience. Best wishes for an outcome that you will be very pleased with long-term.
