I strongly recommend seeing the physician who performed or supervised your hair removal treatment.  Your condition requires immediate intervention in order to ensure best outcomes.

I recommend going back to the person that performed the laser hair removal. If it was not a physician, I recommend seeing a physician.  It looks like you might need a culture to rule out a bacterial or viral infection.  They can also prescribe antibiotic and/or anti-inflammatory creams if needed.  Laser hair removal swelling should only last a few hours.  I would also keep the area covered out of the sun to improve cosmetic outcome.
