What does sessions for one small area mean in terms of laser hair removal?

When looking online for an affordable laser hair removal treatment, I came upon the sentences one small area. I am hoping to get both of my underarms done, so when I pay for the treatment do I have to pay double the amount just to get both done under my arms or do I only have to pay once for both under arms. The one small area is confusing me.
