What does sessions for one small area mean in terms of laser hair removal?

When looking online for an affordable laser hair removal treatment, I came upon the sentences one small area. I am hoping to get both of my underarms done, so when I pay for the treatment do I have to pay double the amount just to get both done under my arms or do I only have to pay once for both under arms. The one small area is confusing me.

Usually "underarms" means that is the price for both of them. Remember though that for an effective result, you need to have between 6-8 treatments, done in proper time intervals. Also, the type of laser and the technician are key. There are numerous reasons posted on this site specifically about why searching for the "cheapest" price will not yield you the best results....
