It would be very difficult to answer your questions without seeing some pictures or videos of you talking and smiling. Your situation needs to be evaluated by a team of orthodontist, periodontist and a cosmetic dentist. 

I think you should consult with an orthognathic jaw surgeob first. Maybe there is a skeletal component. 

Without a photograph it is impossible to give you a precise answer. Removing all of your teeth and getting implants is a very aggressive step and probably one that most dentists won't recommend as ideal treatment for a cosmetic problem. I would suggest visiting with a cosmetic dentist in your area. If you have pictures of what you see your problem to be bring them along to the consult. There may be an easier solution to your problem.
