I am getting conflicting responses? I have seen before and afters of lefort 1 surgery and the person most definitely looks to have a shorter mid-face after when looking at them. However, I have seen surgeons claim that a lefort 1 may decease the facial length but it wouldn't be apparent on the outside, why is that? I have seen the results to say otherwise! If a Lefort 1 didn’t make their mid-face look shorter then what did?
