Is it normal for my eyes to be this swollen 4 months post asian blepharoplasty? Will the swelling go down? (Photos)

I don't know what your initial goals were.  In the case of a patient wanting something very noticeable and wanting room for make up this could be within the realm of normal.  HOWEVER,  it looks a bit high and still very puffy. Even in my own practice I have had cases where the crease more or less drifted to superiorly while healing and created a heavy eyelid and high crease.  I had to revise these by raising the lid with tendon advancement and lowering the crease.Follow up with your surgeon and maybe get a few opinions if needed.Chase Lay MDAsian eyelid surgery specialist

It is not totally uncommon for swelling to persist several months after surgery.  I typically have the patient use warm compresses two to three times daily over the lids until the puffiness resolves.  The suture lines/ scars can take some time to improve.  You can use silicone scar removal gel twice daily for 2 months over the suture lines.  Dilute steroid injection can be used, in select cases, to help improve any scarring. 

HelloYou have a good result at this stage since its a revision procedure. With make up the level of the fold looks good, and swelling looks minimal. Have you posted your recent pics without makeup, I am not sure, if the pics are most recent or from some time backThe scars tend to take 6 months or so, further because of the procedure being a revision the swelling can be prolonged.
