My family is half Hispanic half Filipino . They have really almond eyes while I have them round. is it possible to get my eyes done but still keeping my double eyelids
Answer: Blepharoplasty Attempting surgery to achieve this would be a mistake. Especially to achieve almond eyes, your eyes could easily be made to look more almond shaped with makeup. The size and shape of your eyes and supratarsal crease (double eyelid) are not beyond the realm of what some girls achieve surgically.

Answer: Round eyes to almond/Asian eyes? The shape of the outer corner of the eyes can be altered with surgery such as canthoplasty or canthopexy. There are specific indications for these type of procedures. See an oculoplastic specialist to learn more about their risk and benefits, as well as the indications for surgery.

Answer: Watch out! Asian eyelid surgery. Round or Almond? Be careful. You should do nothing right now as almost anything you do will accentuate the roundness, not reduce it. An exam is needed to know for sure but I think if you did anything to your crease it may make it more round at this stage in your life. Maybe in the future a procedure to accentuate the tapered look of the lid and fat grafting for fullness.Chase Lay MDAsian eyelid surgery specialist.
