Yes, your dentist will be able to correct the crooked teeth when doing the crowns... although the “crooked” lower teeth will dictate how that is accomplished. 
Oftentimes the teeth can be prepared for crowns the same day that the root canals are done.. you will have temporary crowns on the same day.
Consider orthodontics (braces) to correct “crookedness”?
