I would recommend seeing an oculoplastic surgeon (eyelid specialist) for a full evaluation of why this asymmetry exists. They could recommend a possible treatment, or reassure you that nothing is necessary.
I definitely see the assymetry between your 2 eyelids, but need more information. Have you had surgery on your eyelids before? And in person exam would be better to figure out the reasoning for your eyelid assymetry. Often, especially with Asian eyes, you may have more ptosis (droopiness) in one compared to the other that makes one look "fatter" than the other. Whatever the reason, as long as we figure out the correct reason before or during surgery, making your eyes more symmetric is a fairly straightforward procedure.

Subtle asymmetry of the brows is common. I would suggest a full evaluation by plastic or facial plastic surgeon. This can usually be manage with Botox, the effect of course is temporary and will require injections every 3-4 months.
