How do I keep from getting big dents in my breasts after reconstruction surgery? After breast cancer my reconstruction has always been under the muscle and has never looked good, this time it was put over the muscle and looks full under and on top. because of past experience I'm afraid of big dents. How can I help prevent this from happening? Surgery was 2 weeks ago with 700cc of silicone. Under my armpit has gotten fat without the drainage tubes and looks like it's forming a dent
