Hello, i am a 23 year old female. I am not happy with my cheeks and my round face. I was told that i seem to have chronic sinus infections(which ive had for a long time). I havent done anything about it yet, but I would probably require surgery. My question is: is it safe to have buccal fat removed if i have chronic sinus infections Or due to this can my cheeks get infected ? Is it safe or should I first treat my sinus infection.
