A couple questions and concerns about fat transfer to breasts.

Question

How much will it ruin my chances of having a good and lasting result if I don't use a brava/suction device like noogleberry before and after? Can fat transfer cause cancer (I heard that it can increase estrogen levels)? Can the liposuction involved in fat transfer to breasts have side effects such as disturbing hormone balance and metabolism? Thanks so much.

work well for modest increases in size but if you're wanting a fake look or something 2 cups larger, you will need an implant.  Fat grafting will not cause any of the concerns you are worried about from the science that we have today.  Liposuction will presumably improve contours where the fat is harvested from.  Discuss the specific risks of fat grafting with your surgeon and understand that the take is not 100% so more sessions may be needed to achieve the goals you have in mind.
