Can I still receive an eyebrow transplant even though I am hypothyroid?

My thyroid is now regulated with medication and I would like to focus on trying to get thicker and fuller eyebrows as my eyebrows are very fine and thin.

Curly scalp donor hair may give your curly eyebrow transplant results. Sometimes if you keep your eyebrow hair short this problem can be avoided.  It is best to see a doctor for an examination for treatment options.

Generally speaking, my eyebrow transplant patients are completely healed 4-5 days after the procedure.  There should be no pitting or scarring 7 weeks post op.  I would recommend you see another doctor for a 2nd opinion.  You can find good doctors from the ISHRS organization.
