It may be that the breast implants and this symptom are unrelated. Have you had any trauma to the breast? changed bra? had any dermatological concerns before? has this happened before? Have you any other symptoms? I presume your have no masses or nipple discharge? I would see your PS and it may be worth considering an ultrasound scan to check the implants are intact and in the correct position of this does not settle of its own accord.

It is unusual to develop this kind of pain and discoloration, so I think you need to be evaluated fairly soon.  The way this thing presented and the appearance of the redness suggests some inflammation, perhaps running along the pathway of a milk duct or gland.  These ducts can become obstructed following breast augmentation, and if that happens, mild infections, similar to the mastitis that nursing women get can develop.  If this is the case, it is usually something that can be treated pretty easily with oral antibiotics and warm compresses, but you need to see your surgeon ASAP to be sure about what is going on.  Good luck.
