Could my implants have flipped? (Photos)

  Based on your description, this not sound like a breast implant "flipping" concern.  Careful physical examination would be necessary to determine whether you are feeling breast masses or parts of the implants that "hernia" through the breast tissues. Firstly congratulations on having your breasts augmented.
Regarding the "air bubbles" that you talk about, it is impossible to say or comment without examining you in person. As to you implants flipping, i think that this is unlikely. I would recommend that you book to go and see you operating Plastic Surgeon for examination and opinion.

are most likely your implant bulging through small weaknesses in your capsule and aggravated by contractures.  But an exam is needed to confirm this and if so, a revision procedure with removal of the capsule or repair of the defects will be needed if you want it better.  Since you report looking normal standing, the pressure to do something is entirely dependent on your desires.  And your surgeon was not a bad surgeon and flipping implants do not cause this.
