My hairdresser was really tough , i felt my hair being pulled when he was using the scissors , he also kept scrubing my scalp hardly could that cause permenant hairloss , i also have thining hair & started exeriencing stage 1 of receding hairline so my hair usually falls fast , in the shower while shampooing i usually see like 25 hairs falling maybe there is more i could see but there is a side with more reced hairline than the other also i got some little dandruff too.

Great question, just one time with a tough hair dresser  I don't think that will affect your hair as you mentioned in your comments.  I will suggest you to book a consultation for evaluation and diagnostic with a local hair loss specialist as soon you can. Good luck.

Rough handling of the hair when there is miniaturization can damage hair. This would include over aggressive brushing, pulling on the hair or the improper use of dyes
