It's pretty easy to do this, but I caution you to make sure that you are completely happy with the work done by your first dentist, because once you leave, it's harder to return to resolved unresolved issues that you had with Invisalign. Once you're sure that you won't be returning, then simply go to your new dental office, tell them that you are transferring from your old one. The new office will have you sign a release form, then send that form to your old office to get your records for you. you can get your Vivera from another Invisalign retainer, but there is paperwork to fill out and your record has to be transferred from the original guy over to the new guy. If you had a falling out and don't want to alert the original provider, then a new provider could do it but it would require new impressions and won't be made from the intended end result that the first provider has in his record.
