What risks are there for Botox of the pec minor and scalene muscles?

As it has been mentioned numerous times before, this is a forum to answer cosmetic questions and your question does not concern any cosmetic treatments.

There are risks and some are hey not much different than risks for cosmetic Botox and others, e.g. injecting scalene muscles can be dramatic since there are spaces there called the thoracic outlet where large nerve bundles of the brachial plexus exit the chest. Having said that, this is a cosmetic forum and you should address the medical use of Botox with the injecting doctor, especially since you have failed to indicate why you are getting this treatment. Dr Karamanoukian#RealSelf100 Member
