Burning pain after 1 month of smart lipo. Any cure?

I had smart lipo a month ago.Im still feeling a little numb w/ painful burning sensation. I also feel painful stretching of arms,when I over reached overhead cupboards. Any medicine for this?I mean,my doc only gave me painkillers,but I just want to FAST TRACK healing. I have done regular lipo on my stomach & thighs 5yrs ago & was only sore for 3 days! I tried smart lipo coz it is said that its non-evasive & promote skin tightening.BUT NO BODY TOLD ME abt THE PAIN OF BURNING SKIN INSIDE! arghh!

That is a lot of areas to do under local. Chose a doctor that can offer both options.  Some don't have the privileges to do surgery under general anesthesia so they offer what they have.
