If this is recent, I would wait a few months before seeing what happens. If it is a old spot, I would try Latisse to see if pigment can return, the other trick is to fade the surrounding skin with laser, so that the white spot is not so obvious. I would like to try to get pigment back before laser. Another option is cosmetic tattooing, however the colour match has to be exact- very difficult, and if you tan, there will be colour changes.
