Can you advise on scarring from CO2 laser 3 months ago? (Photos)

I had fractional co2 laser done 3 mth ago. on day4 after the procedure I woke up on my side an when I looked in the mirror I could see red marks on my face on the side of my face that I woke up on some&soft brown skin that was there the night before was missing due to friction from sleeping on my side. it stung when I applied cream the next day. my doctor said it wouldn't scar but there is still redness and dmarks and I would like a second opinion please.
