I have small white bumps under my armpits that appeared after the 4th or 5th laser hair treatment. I had seven total treatments. The bumps have stayed at least a year, if not longer. I’ve been to three doctors. They ave lanced them and the bumps are empty inside, so they are not milia. They do not bother me and they do not create any symptoms other than they look awful. Have you ever seen anything like this after laser hair removal? I’ve tried bactroban, retin a. Nothing works

Lasers need pigment to effectively target. If you have light skin and light hair, laser will no the able to differentiate what to treat and therefore will not work. Unfortunately for light hair your only option is to consider electrolysis. Hope this helps. Best. Dr.Avaliani
