Can Bulk Around Lips Be Reduced?

I have a very bulky area around my mouth, its protrusive and makes my already large mouth, look more disproportionate. is there anything that can be done to reduce this bulkiness? besides cheek implants?

You need to be evaluated by an Oral Surgeon or Craniofacial Plastic Surgeon who specializes in orthognathic surgery. With special X-rays they can analyze what surgery would be best for you. I suspect they will recommend a maxillary shortening procedure (Lefort surgery) to correct this problem...

I would stay away from the steroid injections and let these improve with time. the steroids may make the cold sores recur again
