I had a DST surgery about 2 months ago. About 1 month ago i noticed one of the stitches is poking out. I was wondering if this will present a problem later on if it falls off.

2 weeks is too early to tell any final result whatsoever. Be in continuous touch with your surgeon, he/she will walk you through the recovery process.

At this point, you may not be seeing your final result because of some residual swelling. Nonetheless, if the desired result is not obtained with the suture technique, discuss this issue with your surgeon who may offer another technique.
