Will taking Prednisone a couple days before and after I get Fraxel for stretch marks reduce the laser's effectiveness? I had an intense histamine reaction to my first treatment and my doctor wants to give me Prednisone for the next one along with some benadryl which he says takes care of it (he's very experienced). I'm just wondering if it lessens the efficacy of the treatment since inflammation is part of the result of the fraxel. Does more inflammation mean better results for my stretch marks?
