Round cheeks and a double chin - Buccal fat removal or cheek lipo? (Photos)
Hi doctors, I’m planning chin liposuction next November and also want to slightly reduce cheek fullness. I initially considered buccal fat removal, but one doctor said my buccal fat is already low and suggested conservative cheek liposuction instead, especially given my age (I’ll be 19). The cheek fullness runs in my family and does not disappear in the 20s, persisting still in their 50s. I’m 5’1, ~50 kg, so fairly lean, but still have round cheeks and a small double chin. My goal is subtle reduction while keeping a soft, natural look. In my case, would conservative cheek lipo be safer/more appropriate than buccal fat removal? Thank you
