Can BBL, IPL lasers fix scars from microneedling damage and pigmentations caused by TCA? Places to go in LA, CA?

Hyperpigmentation such as this requires a combination approach comprised of cosmelan, lasers (such as clear and brilliant, aerolase, and/or laser genesis), radio-frequency based devices such as Venus viva, and constant skin care and sun protection. Bi-monthly facials such as Dermal Infusion are also essential to hydrate, exfoliate and infuse vitamins and antioxidants into the skin. BBL and IPL treatments can target brown and red tones in your skin and bring them to the surface. They will not help with the texture of your skin or scaring. For scaring and texture, I often recommend some resurfacing treatments with a laser or micro-needling. Since you are prone to hyperpigmentation from previous treatments I would recommend to discuss your options with a board certified plastic surgeon or dermatologist who would be able to help you prevent further damage. I hope this helps.Cheri A.
