Will a brow bone implant change the shape/position of the eyebrows?

I am looking at getting a brow bone implant but also want to have an eyebrow (hair) transplant. My question is really about the order of the procedures. Will a brow bone implant change the shape/position of the eyebrows? Or does it have a very minimal effect on the position of the brows?
