Will Tretinoin 0.05% help diminish my stretch marks from pregnancy?

I am 22 years old and I have severe stretch marks from my recent pregnancy. My dermatologist prescribed Tretinoin 0.05% for it. I have never been to a dermatologist before so I am not so hopeful about this yet.

Hi fatima418523! Unfortunately, there is no guarantee to get rid of stretch marks however you may find some improvement using a topical tretinoin twice daily for several months.
