Thank you for your question. Post-op massages are beneficial for many reasons. To name a few, they increase the circulation of the blood and lymph systems and desensitizes the skin, to stimulate the nerve endings so they start to regenerating themselves.Talk to your surgeon about how soon you should go in for your post surgical massage.Hope this helps,Dr. Newall
Each doctor may have a different protocol for post-op and you should ask your surgeon. I do not usually have patients massage. Swelling will mask some of the results as well.
Thank you for your question. If you just had this procedure done I would not recommend directly massaging the area where the fat was injected as you want the fat to settle in. Lymphatic massage is an effective way to speed healing and improve comfort. I recommend seeking this type of massage by a trained professional.

Thank you for your question and sharing your photo. You are still very early in your recovery. Swelling will still be present at this time. I would allow your body to heal more and wait until swelling goes down before examining your results. The unevenness at this point my just be swelling. Best...
Dear Bee03cia,I am sorry you are having concerns. If you did not have any facial procedures, it is uncommon to have hearing problems. Please consult an ENT doctor as this sounds unrelated to the procedure you had done. In addition, you should consult your surgeon. Best regards,Nima Shemirani
