In March I used a at home glycolic peel 35%. Now the spot is red and had pinpoint bleeding spot while washing. Advice? (photo)

This time I may have left it on a bit too long and ended up with a few red marks or burns around mouth and especially the bridge of nose where the skin is thinner. Every place healed except for the nose. It has a reddish irregular patch. Thought it was healing but then last week while washing face it bled. I'm wondering if this is permanent damage. Doesn't hurt or itch.Pictures included.
