After a traumatic hair loss, it may take several months for the hair to grow back.  You have to just wait and see.

I hair was ripped out with glue after being on for one minute there is a very, very high chance it will come back. 

Most likely the hair will regrow in the next 3-6 months. I would wait a full year before considering hair grafts to the area or other treatment options. If your hair is repeatedly pulled very tight as with certain hairstyles or excess use of glues/hairpieces, the hair loss may become a permanent problem. If this only happened one time, the hair will most likely regrow. 

Almost always when this happens, the hair will grow back within 6-8 months.  Wait it out before reacting to it with treatment
