When is it a good time to get the lymphatic messages after a BBL?

Thank you for your question as long as your incisions are closed and it is okay with your surgeon you can normally have a lymphatic massage after a few days or 1 week after the procedure.  

Post operative regimen will vary from surgeon to surgeon. The best advice is to follow the recommendations of your board certified plastic surgeon (ABPS).That being said, I recommend that patients wait 2 weeks before massage. This is mostly due to discomfort associated with early massage.As always, discuss your concerns with a board certified plastic surgeon (ABPS).

Hello and thank you for your question. Every surgeon has his own opinion of when receiving their Lymphatic massage, speak with your plastic surgeon. I recommend my patients to receive their massages a few days after having their procedure with a certified lymphatic massage specialist .

Hello dear!Thanks for the question. I personally recommend the lymphatic massages the next day after surgery. They're very important in the healing process because helps the swollen goes down better, stimulates your circulation and with the skin healing process.Hope this could help and Good luck :)

Not all surgeons recommend  massage after a BBL. You should ask your surgeon what his preference is...

Since patients are sore right after having BBL, I recommend my patients to start massaging two weeks after surgery. Good luck.
