Can Cosmelan be used on a scar to reduce the brown and/or continue to fade the scar?

I have a surgical scar that has been treated multiple times with a pulsed dye laser. The scar is not red anymore, but is more brownish. Can Cosmolon be used on the scare to reduce the brown and/or continue to fade the scar?
