.From the one photograph provided I see no reason to assault your face with a laser. The skin appears to be in good condition. Conservative use of fillers might be of some benefit
You would need to ask that question to the doctor that is offering you an "Acculift". Most of us do not do them nor do we recommend them, so we have no idea the cost. I guess many of us might say whatever the cost, it is TOO much!
VERY very poor choice in my opinions. Will not last more than few months at best. Please reconsider your decision. Is the surgeon even a boarded PS?
Acculift, lunchtime lift, and many other so called quick operations are not usually effective. Most of the time, facial rejuvenation required a good understanding of skin excess, volume loss and general skin health. As such a comprehensive approach is the way to go in most cases.A well done procedure of the face that improves the look cannot be done in 30 minutes. I believe most serious surgeons would agree with that. This is true for the cheeks, jowls, neck, brow or most parts of the face. So, I would really look into the credibility of that procedure. These days anyone can make up a name and market it as the next best thing.
Acculift is described on the Internet as a 30 minute facelift. I think most credible plastic surgeons would agree that an effective facelift is not possible in 30 minutes. In fact this term is used to describe laser treatment of facial fat deposits. Removing fat from the face is probably not a good idea because are the face naturally loses fat and soft tissue as well as bone as we age there by causing sagging. Many facelift procedures involve removing fat from the neck and jaw line however. I think you should view with suspicion any procedure described as a 30 minute facelift. Go for the real thing and seek a reputable plastic surgeon.
Based on your picture you might benefit from chin augmentation and neck liposuction. If this is part of an "Acculift", then consider having it. I am unfamiliar with the term.
With the newer understanding of facial aging at the fat level, buccal fat removal is seldom justified. While it may help a younger patient, as they age the face will have had fat removed in an area the later does usually need it. The patient may actually appear older at an earlier age...
I see nothing wrong with your cheeks. I certainly would be strongly opposed to any suction above the angle of the jaw. I suggest you enjoy being young and stay of the plastic surgeon's office.
Techniques that are "generic" typically have limited durability unless they are combined with proven more effective procedures. For instance, neck fat contouring can be done in many ways, but if the skin is loose and/or the muscles are split, the good result only comes when you...
Thank you for your question and for sharing your photo. At age 30, the goal is typically to preserve youthful features, restore early signs of volume loss, and maintain skin quality. Based on your age and overall appearance, here are some commonly recommended, minimally invasive procedures that...
Hello Dear DPrimIt is Dr. Hong from Fresh Plastic Surgery Clinic South Korea, Seoul. Be honest, quality of picture is not good, but if I understand correctly, there is some bags under eyes?Right?! For under-eye bags accu is absolutely not recommended. What we usually do is fat reposition under...
It is generally possible to have a second AccuLift procedure to further reduce facial fat, but several factors should be considered before proceeding. First, it's important to consult with your dermatologist or plastic surgeon to assess your individual situation. They will evaluate your skin's...
