I just got Botox for the first time in my forehead today. Everything for the most part is fine, but there is a more prominent vein near my left temple that is painful when it is exposed to cold. It goes away when it’s warm. I think the doctor either punctured the vein or came close to it. Is this something to be concerned about or will it resolve in time?

Thank you for your question. Yes, you can still have Botox injections as honey does not contain botulinum toxin. I still advise you to mention any allergies to your injector prior to treatment. I also recommend having a consultation with an expert injector to determine the best treatment plan...
Thank you for your question. Yes, you can have Botox treatment as it is not a contradiction of fasciculation syndrome. I still recommend having a consultation with an expert injector to discuss your concerns and to determine the best treatment plan for you. Best of Luck!
The Spock look or Mephisto occurs because doctors are not trained correctly and dont inject the forehead lateral enough and it is easily corrected by injecting the muscles on the lateral forehead to relax them
