Unfortunately, the photo lacks sharpness, so it is difficult to say whether there are any boxcar or rolling scars on the cheeks. If so, subcision would be a simple, relatively inexpensive technique for elevating and smoothing them. If the ice pick scar at the center of the top of the nose is the issue, then TCA CROSS, another simple and relatively inexpensive technqiue, is the preferred treatment for ice pick scars and dilated pores. You will no doubt be hawked, expensive "bells and whistles" fraxel laser or RF microneedling treatments. So, exercise a great deal of "buyer beware" caution when evaluating these.
