My PS is suggesting to cut the side muscles. I want to know if I can wear a thong bra instead to help train the implants. I feel weird with no cleavage. Or can I change the implant. I currently have 450cc mod plus. If I change to maybe a smaller cc high profile will that help. Also I cannot pay for another surgery as I'm out of work right now

Answer: Cleavage Thanks for the photos. It appears that you have plenty of cleavage and your breasts are touching in the middle. I don't understand how they could possibly be any closer together. They look great though. Enjoy them.

Answer: Can I wear a thong bra to help with my cleavage? Thank you for your photograph and questions. It sounds as if you want to have a larger space between your breasts so that your two implants are not touching? I would not recommend cutting your side muscles, as that may cause your implants to become malpositioned, sliding off to the side instead of sitting appropriately on your chest. I think the best option would be to change your implants for a smaller width and size. This would give you increased spacing but still keep your shape and projection.
