Thank you for your question. It is up to your discretion and your consultation with your board certified facial plastic surgeon to determine the right time for you. Keep in mind that each patient is unique, but we tend to see patients experience fat reduction in treated areas in about 6-12 weeks after just one treatment.Best wishes,
The normal treatment schedule is 4 to 6 weeks. Four weeks is fine for your second treatment. Realize fat cells will continue to die over a 3 month period. Timing depends on the patients preference and schedule.
Thank you for your question! For most patients, multiple treatments are going to give the best results. They are generally best to be done 8-12 weeks apart. Each time your remove about 24% of the fat that is there, so two treatments will not equal 48% reduction. It is approximately 24% reduction of what is there the first time and then 24% reduction of what is there the second time. You look like you have a nice result from your early treatments with SculpSure. The benefit of SculpSure is you can do it almost as many times as you want to over a course of time.
I generally space treatments out by 6 weeks in order to ensure the maximal effect has been obtained from the prior treatment. This ensures that I am not dealing with a "moving target," so to speak. The patient has stabilized and I can be confident about the starting point for treatment #2.As always, discuss your concerns with a board certified plastic surgeon (ABPS).
There is no optimal time to wait in between SculpSure treatments to the same area, but I would recommend waiting at least 4 weeks in between sessions. There is no harm waiting a longer period of time though. It should be fine to have your second treatment next week (which would be at least 4 weeks after your first session).
At our center we recommend a 6 weeks interval. Most patients are encouraged to do 2 treatments for optimal results.
It is recommended that the two Sculpsure treatments be done between 4-6 weeks apart. You can expect to see the maximum results by week 12 after the second treatment. Best of luck!
SculpSure can be done a second time in as little as 4 weeks. You're good to go for your second treatment!
Everypatient is unique and we are sure your provider knows yourparticular situation. Generally,we prefer that our patients wait at least 6 weeks before treating thesame area a second time to ensure that all the destroyed fat cells fromthe first treatment have cleared and to know we are treatingadditional fat cells. We wait longer if nodules are present. You may treat a different area any time.Best Wishes,Marco Lopez, M.D.Sculpt Away body shaping + beauty lounge
We typically wait somewhere between 6-8 weeks to re-treat the same area. However you can treat a different zone anytime. If you have found a SculpSure specialist, I suspect they will know the best timing. This is not necessarily a plastic surgeon etc, who often specialize in surgical procedures. You really want to see someone who has a depth of experience at SculpSure
