Can I get a laser hair removal on an area where there is a boil/large pimple? Folliculitis

I spoke with my derm and she told me that my recurring "boils" in my pubic area is due to my very coarse and curly hair. Also my hirsutism. She says that laser hair removal would dramatically help. Thing is, I don't know if it's ok to go get laser hair removal when I have big ugly boils in that area that are still healing. Is this an issue for estheticians?

It sounds as though you are not getting properly treated. Without knowing your hair type, I can safely say that if you are a candidate for hair removal then you should be seeing almost 80% at 7 treatments.  The only reason you would not is if the technician is not treating you at the proper...
