Can Invisalign pull off a cemented cap tooth? (Photo)

Hi, I recently (yesterday) got my clear correct aligners (Invisalign) and I have a cemented crown as my front tooth which I had put in place after a root canal about 6 years ago. I have my aligners in place and the only tooth that hurts me right now is my capped tooth. It's very sore and sensitive and I'm only worried that by me removing and putting the aligners in everyday, it'll eventually make the cap come off. Is that possible? What is the likely hood? I'm worried.
