I have keloid scars and want to know if it would be safe to use a home IPL hair removal machine?

I have 6+ keloids in various places on my body and have cut myself shaving and caused a new one to form. I am not scared to shave and want to know if IPL hair removal would work for me.

As you mentioned, IPL can be used to address a variety of skin concerns. However, I would not recommend using an at-home device designed for hair removal to treat pigmentation. At best, you won't see results - at worst, you may end up with discoloration or scarring. PLEASE avoid your eye...
