I have keloid scars and want to know if it would be safe to use a home IPL hair removal machine?

I have 6+ keloids in various places on my body and have cut myself shaving and caused a new one to form. I am not scared to shave and want to know if IPL hair removal would work for me.

At home IPL will not work for any discoloration or antiaging. if you are treating post inflammatory hyperpigmentation/melasma/discoloration that needs cosmelan or enlighten peels at home which we can do virtually and send to your home along with aerify peels regularly, vivatia foam, res...
